Featuring excerpts from the newly released version of the documentary Out of the Blue, they interview the producer James Fox and show that a growing number of highly credible people, such as US military witnesses, former governor of Arizona Fife Symington and the late former NASA astronaut Gordon Cooper, say that UFOs exist and are proof of intelligent extraterrestrial life.

Also interviewed is the publisher of Skeptic Magazine, Dr. Michael Shermer, who doesn't say UFOs don't exist, but prefers to say we don't know what UFOs are untill there is proof of some kind.
